Brief DescriptionAbout the Role We are looking for a smart and proactive Appointment Setter / Online Bidding Executive who can identify leads, reach out to potential clients, submit proposals on freelance platforms (including Upwork), and schedule discovery calls for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, research, and helping convert leads into opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Identify suitable leads and projects across multiple platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer portals, LinkedIn, and email databases.
Draft customised proposals that clearly address client requirements.
Reach out to prospects, follow up consistently, and set appointments for the sales/tech team.
Maintain a daily/weekly pipeline of submitted bids, lead conversations, and scheduled calls.
Respond to client messages promptly and coordinate meeting schedules.
Work closely with internal teams to understand offerings and refine proposal quality.
Keep proper records of submitted proposals, responses, and call outcomes.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

High level of enthusiasm, quick learning ability, and self-driven attitude.
Laptop + stable internet connection is mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in appointment setting, client outreach, or online bidding.
Familiarity with CRM tools or proposal templates.
Prior exposure to Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or sales workflows.
