- Asset Management
Maintain accurate records of all office assets, including laptops, monitors, furniture, and other equipment. Support tagging, issue, and movement tracking of assets during onboarding or exit. Coordinate for repair, servicing, or replacement of damaged items. Assist in periodic physical asset audits and inventory checks.
- Office Operations & Maintenance Support
Make Sure that the entire office —including workstations, meeting rooms, the pantry, and the reception area — is kept clean, organised, and well-maintained; if not, take appropriate action and guide the housekeeping staff accordingly. Maintain hygiene standards in pantry and restroom areas. Oversee daily cleaning routines and promptly report any repair or maintenance issues. Coordinate with service providers for AC servicing, plumbing, electrical work, and general office maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and adequate stock in the pantry area. Monitor and restock consumables (tea, coffee, water cans, cleaning materials, etc.) on time. Handle tasks such as bank deposits, post office visits,pickups or deliveries. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related requirements. Assist in organising, or setting up office equipment, furniture, or IT accessories.
- Administrative & Clerical Support
Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation, filing, photocopying, and scanning. Handle the distribution and dispatch of couriers, packages, and other correspondence. Support basic data entry or record updates in spreadsheets or systems as instructed.
- Guest & Staff Assistance
Greet and serve visitors, clients, and guests politely Support meeting and event arrangements, including setup and refreshments. Assist during office functions, celebrations, or team gatherings Handle tasks such as bank deposits, post office visits, and vendor pickups or deliveries. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related requirements. Assist in organising, or setting up office equipment, furniture, or IT accessories.
- Purchase Management
Support purchase of office supplies, pantry items, and stationery as per requirement. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and coordinate with approved vendors for procurement. Maintain proper documentation and billing records for all purchases and hand them over to the concerned person. Track and report stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.
- General Office Support
Prepare meeting rooms before discussions. Assist with basic IT setup (connecting projectors, cables, or printers) when needed. Handle confidential office matters with discretion and professionalism. Preferred SkillsEducation: Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role (office assistant/admin support) is an added advantage. Preferred Skills
Basic computer knowledge Understanding of inventory or asset tracking preferred. Responsible, trustworthy, and proactive. Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Must have a valid driving licence and a two-wheeler.
