Business Development Manager (02 - 03 Years) We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving company growth, mentoring the team, and overseeing business development activities. The ideal candidate will act as a leader and mentor, guiding the team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market presence. 2.Identifying potential customers and generating leads. 3.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients. 4.Act as a mentor and guide the business development team, by providing training and performance support. 5.Take full ownership of business development operations and ensure target achievement. 6.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients . 7.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights. 8.Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. 2.Candidates with Minimum 1 plus Year of experience in Ed Tech Industry needs to apply 3.Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills. 4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 5.Strategic thinker with a result-oriented mindset. 6.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and take accountability for business outcomes.
