CRM Sales Executive

Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic CRM Sales Executive to join our Odoo based solutions team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling CRM/ERP products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end to end sales cycle. Prior experience selling Odoo CRM or Odoo ERP modules will be a strong advantage.

Identify and qualify new leads for Odoo CRM and ERP products.

Conduct product presentations and Odoo CRM demos for potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Odoo modules.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Collaborate with the functional and technical Odoo teams for solution mapping and project handover.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Skills

2-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably CRM/ERP solution selling.

Strong knowledge of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle management.

Experience selling Odoo CRM or similar ERP/CRM products.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle client meetings and demos confidently.

Strong understanding of business workflows in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Experience with Odoo products (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).

Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based software sales.

Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.

Knowledge of using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo CRM.
