HR Trainee

HR Trainee We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Trainee to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across all core Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner who is ready to dive into the fast-paced world of HR.

Location: Trivandrum and Kochi (Candidate should be flexible to both locations)

Duration: 6 Months

The HR Trainee will be actively involved in and provide support for a wide range of HR activities. 

Qualifications and Skills

• A Master's degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous internship experience in HR is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
