Brief DescriptionJob Title: Research Psychologist Trainee Location: TrivandrumJob Type: Trainee (Full-time) About the Role:We seek a motivated Research Psychologist Trainee with an interest in mental health and related areas of research. This role offers hands-on experience in research design, data analysis, paper publication and report writing.  Key Responsibilities:

Assist in research design, data collection and analysis.

Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings.

Develop and validate psychological assessment tools.

Prepare research reports and presentations.

Publish research findings on reputed journals and present in conferences

Adhere to ethical research guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.

M.Phil. in Psychology (especially for clinical research or mental health-focused roles)

Ph.D. (or pursuing) in Psychology or related discipline

Exposure to mental health or behavioral research.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python).

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
