Are you a graduate eager to begin your professional journey? We are looking for enthusiastic Trainee EDI Specialist (Voice) to join our dynamic team!

📍 Location: Infopark, Kochi 🎓 Qualification: Any Degree 👥 Experience: Freshers preferred 🖥 Work Mode: Work from Office (First 3 Months), then Permanent Work from Home 🌙 Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

What You Need: ✔ Excellent communication skills (both oral & written) ✔ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) ✔ Ability to be a Point of Contact (POC) when required ✔ A positive attitude toward learning and taking on special tasks ✔ International calling experience (preferred, but not mandatory) System Requirements for WFH: 💻 Laptop/Desktop (Minimum: Intel i3/i5/i7 5th Gen & above, 8GB RAM) 🖥 OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit / Windows 11 Pro 64-bit ⚡ Processor: At least 2.00 GHz 🌐 Broadband Connection required
