HR Intern Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates. HR Administration: Help with employee onboarding, maintaining records, and organizing HR events. Employee Relations: Support in addressing employee queries and feedback. HR Reporting: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing HR reports. Qualifications: MBA degree (HR specialization preferred). Basic knowledge of HR functions, especially recruitment and onboarding. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Location - Kochi Work Mode - Hybrid Unpaid Internship for 3 months. Based on performance the salary will be decided after the Internship
