About the Role We are seeking a highly capable and research-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Assistant. This role is ideal for candidates holding a PhD or Postdoctoral qualification in Computer Science or a closely related discipline. The role focuses on contributing to high-quality research outputs, drafting journal publications, and assisting in research proposal development in fields such as AI, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or Data Science.

Roles and Responsibilities • Collaborate with the research team on ongoing and upcoming research projects. • Conduct detailed literature reviews and design experiments or simulations. • Draft, edit, and submit manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals and conferences. • Assist in the preparation of research proposals, funding applications, and technical reports. • Analyze complex data sets using statistical and programming tools. • Participate in collaborative and interdisciplinary research discussions. • Ensure the quality, integrity, and reproducibility of research output.

Requirements • A PhD or Postdoctoral experience in Computer Science or a closely related field. • Proven track record of published research in peer-reviewed journals (please include DOIs or links). • Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data-driven research methodologies. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB. • Exceptional academic writing and communication skills in English. • Demonstrated ability to draft and refine manuscripts for submission to high-impact journals. • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. • Experience in preparing grant proposals or research documentation is a plus.
