1. Experience with hand soldering techniques and tools (e.g., soldering irons, tips)
2. Knowledge of soldering materials (e.g., solders, fluxes)
3. Understanding of electronics components and PCB assembly
4. Attention to detail and precision
5. Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
6. Ability to work with various PCB types and complexities
7. Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610)
8. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
9. Quality control and inspection skills
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality  Preferred Skills1. Experience with specific soldering techniques (e.g., SMT, THT)
11. Knowledge of ESD safety protocols
