Finance Intern ( 6 Month Internship) Brief Description We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in financial processes and operations.

• Educational Background: MBA (Finance), B.Com, M.Com, or any Commerce-related discipline
• B.Tech candidates also can be considered Key Requirements
• A strong desire to learn and contribute
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Atleast 80% marks scored during academics

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on recent and upcoming mergers and acquisitions in relevant industries
• Identify potential companies for M&A based on strategic fit, financial health, and market presence
• Analyze historical M&A deals for trends, valuation patterns, and regulatory considerations
• Support in building a database of potential targets or partners with key financial and operational metrics
• Monitor news, reports and updates on M&A activities
• Prepare summaries and presentations outlining key findings and strategic conclusions

Location - Trivandrum Duration - 6 Months Stipend - ₹15,000/month Job Types: Full-time, Internship Schedule:Day shift
