UI Engineer Experience : 5+ Years | Work Location : Kochi

What we're looking for

We are on the look out for a highly skilled and passionate UI Engineer to join our team and be part of our mission in shaping world-class digital experiences. This role would be ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, combines strong technical expertise with a designer’s eye for aesthetics, and thrives on crafting beautiful, performant, and accessible user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex design mockups into high-quality, maintainable code with precision and performance in mind.
• Develop reusable UI components and libraries using modern HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and accessible interfaces across devices and browsers.
• Optimize front-end performance with Core Web Vitals in mind.
• Contribute to and help evolve our component libraries and design systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in front-end development for at least 5 years, with strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Proficiency in building animations using animation libraries like GSAP and Three.js.
• Strong experience converting complex designs into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity web pages.
• Expertise in semantic HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS/Tailwind), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience implementing SEO and Accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
• Knowledge on Core Web Vitals, GLHS is required
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Vite, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and strategies.
• Experience working with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Ability to debug and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Points

• Experience in ADA compliance and Accessibility audits
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, or other tracking tools.
• Comfortable with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
