Position Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist (Client Relationship Specialist) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities. • Handle incoming inquiries and provide appropriate sales support. • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement via calls, emails, and messages to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Proactively follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. • Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding events and webinars. • Maintain and update sales records, CRM, and databases. • Collaborate with the sales team if required. • Have a basic understanding of IT products and services to communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

Technical & Sales Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to engage and persuade potential customers. • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales support (preferred). • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Basic knowledge of IT products, services, and technology trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in B2B or IT sales. • Ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

o Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. o Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. o Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. o A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred). • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (Experience in lead generation can be an additional benefit).
