Position: Jr. Manager - Oracle SCM functional Analyst

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE)/MBA Operations/SCM/Diploma in Logistics /SCM

 Responsibilities

• Exacore ERP Training and evaluation of the candidates. Support day-to-day SCM activities under the guidance of senior team members. Gain Oracle Product knowledge in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion products. • Assist in implementation process along with the senior consulting team. • Collaborate with Oracle ERP cross-functional teams to streamline customer operations and optimize efficiency of the ERP application. • Participate in Oracle ERP inventory management implementation activities, including planning, forecasting, and inventory control. • Excel in ERP related supplier management tasks, such as supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring. • Support the technical development for the ERP implementation and maintenance of SCM-related documentation and reports. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE) or equivalent in any discipline. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain is required. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. • Certification or coursework in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
