Learning and Development Specialist Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and innovative Learning & Development Specialist (or Learning Consultant) to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. This role will play a critical part in driving a learning culture and supporting business units through tailored development solutions.

Key Responsibilities: · Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by consulting with managers, analyzing performance data, and identifying skill gaps. · Design and deliver custom learning interventions – workshops, e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning programs. · Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and validate training content. · Coordinate training logistics, communications, schedules, and post-training follow-ups. · Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's model or similar frameworks, and recommend improvements. · Monitor learning KPIs such as completion rates, feedback scores, and business impact metrics. · Maintain training records and assist in LMS (Learning Management System) management and reporting. · Support onboarding, compliance training, and continuous learning programs across functions. · Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate innovative practices into program design. · Provide consultation to business units on team-specific or leadership development needs.

Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field. · Strong experience in instructional design and adult learning principles. · Excellent facilitation and communication skills (in-person and virtual). · Proficient in MS Office, e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.), and Learning Management Systems. · Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program impact using qualitative and quantitative data. · Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or coaching (ATD, CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are a plus.
