Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 3–6 years of experience in the software development industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored software solutions. Present and promote company services to potential clients to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns to support business growth. Conduct competitive market research and stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospects. Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals and client expectations. Coordinate with product and development teams to provide client feedback and improve offerings. Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines using CRM tools. Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and technologies to support consultative selling. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT/software industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
