Qualification Needed : B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Diploma and bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Major Responsibilities • Facilitate Scrum Events • Coach Agile Practices • Remove Impediments • Agile Mindset and Methodology Expertise • Promote Continuous Improvement • Foster Team Collaboration • Ensure Delivery Excellence • Facilitating meetings like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Key Competencies • Ability to effectively facilitate Scrum events like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. • Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. • Basic understanding of the programming languages, frameworks, and tools. • Awareness of software architecture concepts (e.g., microservices, REST APIs). • Proficient with Scrum/Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, Rally. • Basic knowledge of automated testing, test-driven development (TDD), and quality assurance processes.
