Solutioning and Implementation Lead Experience : 10+ years

Qualification Needed : B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Major Responsibilities • Solution Design & Architecture • Project Implementation and Delivery • Stakeholder Management • Governance and Compliance • Collaborating with internal teams, including development, technical and support teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with client systems. • Lead the technical delivery and execution of solutions ensuring alignment with the design. Key Competencies • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies. • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure components. • Ensures adherence to coding standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. • Develops and implements mitigation strategies.
