Cloud Engineer (AWS/GCP) We are looking for a Mid-Level Cloud Engineer with strong experience in AWS and/or GCP to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and highly available applications. You will collaborate closely with development teams and DevOps engineers to implement best practices and optimize cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and/or GCP.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Configure and monitor cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL).
  • Ensure cloud environments are secure, compliant, and cost-effective.
  • Assist with migrations from on-premises to cloud or between cloud providers.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Deployment Manager.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers to optimize application performance in the cloud.
  • Write and maintain documentation for cloud processes and configurations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AWS and/or GCP
  • Proficiency with key cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, security, and IAM policies
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Deployment Manager
  • Familiarity with Linux administration, shell scripting, and cloud CLI tools
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE)

  • Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Grafana

  • AWS or GCP certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Google Associate Cloud Engineer)
