Junior Project Manager Location: Koratty Infopark (Thrissur) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Junior to Mid

We are looking for a Software Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development projects from initiation to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, and deliver software projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies. • Understanding project Requirements, gather details and Maintain clear documentation, ensure all teams are aligned on requirements and deliverables • Effectively communicating with stakeholders and Keeping them informed and engaged • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. • Create and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets. • Identifying and mitigating potential risks

Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in software project management. • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
