International Voice Process Associate Hiring: Voice Process Associates Location: Kochi Shift: Night Shift Experience Level: 6 Months - 1 Year Notice Period: Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls (inbound and outbound) from international clients (e.g., US/UK/Australia). Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up for resolution. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools. Meet performance metrics like call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements: Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in a voice process (international BPO experience is a plus). Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Soft Skills: Good listening skills, empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts. Willingness to work from the office
