Business Unit Manager

Business Unit Manager We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Unit Manager responsible for leading and managing the entire operations, sales performance, strategy execution, and P&L of the assigned business unit. The role demands strong Sales Skill, commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive business growth in a performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Planning o Set short-term and long-term targets and operation plans. o Align unit objectives with the company’s overall strategy. Sales & Revenue Generation o Drive sales performance and identify new revenue opportunities. o Develop direct , Indirect and alternate channels of Sales o Set and achieve sales targets , revenue realisation and Prodigality. o Manage and expand the customer base. P&L Management o Own and manage the P&L of the business unit. o Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls. o Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts. Team Leadership o Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams. o Foster a results-driven culture focused on accountability and performance. Operational Excellence o Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations. o Optimize processes, systems, and resource allocation. Client & Stakeholder Management o Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. o Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. Performance-Based Growth o Work under a performance-linked compensation model. o Ensure delivery of agreed outcomes to unlock incentive structures.

Required Qualifications o 4+ years’ Experience in business management, sales leadership, and P&L ownership. o Experience in Software Product and service sales o Proven experience managing P&L and achieving revenue targets. o Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. o Experience in SaaS, CPaaS , Digital transformation
