Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying PHP applications using frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter. Oversee AWS deployment processes, ensuring scalable and efficient application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on Laravel and CodeIgniter. Proven experience with AWS deployment and management. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.

 Preferred SkillsPreferred Qualifications:

Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

  Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Passion for staying up to date with the latest PHP trends and technologies.
