Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Marketing & Ads Expert with in-depth experience managing performance-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, engagement, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta & Google Ads platforms. Monitor ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other third-party platforms. Develop strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and cost per acquisition (CPA). Collaborate with the creative team for ad copy and visual assets. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting. Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes. Preferred Skills Strong hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video). Expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce campaigns. Familiarity with SEO/SEM, analytics, and conversion tracking tools. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
