Essential Job Functions

Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct detailed research to identify potential clients in the international market (USA, UK, Middle East, etc.) and build target lists. Outreach & Prospecting: Assist in reaching out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to initiate conversations and qualify interest. Sales Funnel Management: Help maintain sales pipelines and update lead statuses in CRM tools with accurate and timely information. Pitching & Follow-ups: Learn to create compelling outreach messages and follow-up strategies. Participate in internal pitch meetings and sales planning. Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales executives and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with campaign goals. Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly reports summarizing outreach activity, conversion metrics, and learning takeaways. Share insights on international market trends or competitor activities.

Education and Experience

MBA 2025 graduates with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or International Business Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of curiosity, initiative, and persistence Willingness to work in the evening shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST) to support international time zones Enthusiasm to learn CRM tools, sales automation, and market research platforms Passionate about building a career in B2B/enterprise sales or international business development Previous internship experience in sales/marketing (if any) is a plus, but not mandatory
