Brief Description Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles. Coordinate and conduct various interview formats including:
Direct (face-to-face) interviews Virtual interviews (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams) Campus hiring drives
Understand technical job descriptions and effectively communicate role requirements to candidates. Build and maintain relationships with HR consultancies and software training institutes based on hiring needs. Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines, preferably using RMS/ATS software (experience in such systems is a plus). Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Preferred Skills 1.5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Proven experience hiring for IT roles. Strong expertise in LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience handling different interview formats and hiring campaigns. Ability to quickly understand and explain technical job requirements. Exposure to or experience with RMS/ATS tools (preferred).
