We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint in the US market. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new clients in the US IT staffing domain

Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers

Understand client requirements and offer tailored staffing solutions

Generate leads via cold calls, emails, networking & referrals

Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery

Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Proven experience in business development for US IT staffing (must-have)

Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently under US time zones
