Identify and onboard new clients in the US IT staffing domain
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers
Understand client requirements and offer tailored staffing solutions
Generate leads via cold calls, emails, networking & referrals
Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
