Brief DescriptionJob Overview We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to develop and execute effective SEM strategies that drive traffic and revenue for our online booking platform. In this role, you will manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure all initiatives align with our brand and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive search engine marketing strategies aimed at increasing visibility, driving targeted traffic, and boosting conversion rates for our online booking platform.

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify and target high-performing keywords aligned with our platform’s products and services.

Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to uncover opportunities for ongoing optimization and improvement.

Provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders, including key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams—such as designers, copywriters, and developers—to build SEM campaigns that align with brand guidelines and messaging.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred SkillsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online booking environment.

Demonstrated track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Prior experience working in the US market, with proven success managing monthly SEM budgets of $100,000 or more.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.

Google Ads Certification is preferred.
