Service Delivery Engineer Job Title - Service Delivery Engineer Job Summary Network Redux India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for potential candidates with technical exposure to public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP), cloud-native application, infrastructure design and documentation of the same.

Responsibilities Documentation ●Develop comprehensive documentationthat meetsorganizational standards. (SOPs, QA documents, and user documentation.) ●Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement. ●Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content. ●Provide technical support and direction regarding new or existing technologies. ●Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience. ●Research, design, illustrate, revise, edit,and write high quality documentation. ●Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation ofwork to meet handover or release dates and client deliverables. ●Participate in technical design reviews and operational acceptance exercises for new and existing services.Service Delivery ●Partner with the Build/SRE team by providing infrastructure assistance and guidance in infrastructure-related workflows. ●Optimize QA methodology and tools, testing standards, and best practices to be used throughout the development process. ●Ensure timely execution of security patching activities in coordination with internal teams and the clients. ●Monitor andreviewtickets on a daily basis to ensure compliance with the service standards. ●Implement and mature DevOps practices. ●Motivating teams to follow through on commitments to deliver outputs and uphold a culture of accountability. ●Be a team player and strong problem-solver to work with a diverse team.

Training and Development •Identify technical training needs and implement training programs that will help the team to ramp-up the team’s skills. •Maintain the Skill matrix of the team and drive the certification initiatives. •Interpreting complex architecture and documenting it for training of the SRE team.

Essential Qualifications •Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field such as computer science and/or a focus on English, writing, or communications •Minimum 2 years of experience required in an IT development /server administration environment. •Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skills. •Preferred basic knowledge of Cloud Administration. • Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training, presentations, or video conference.
