This is a lead role for someone who can guide and mentor junior developers while delivering high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of ReactJS developers. Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable components. Conduct code reviews, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend technologies.
