Brief DescriptionJob Title: Junior AI Engineer Location: TrivandrumJob Type: Full-time About the Role: ZenturioTech is looking for a passionate and self-driven Junior AI Engineer to support the development and optimization of AI models for real-time embedded platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI frameworks and edge devices while learning from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and developing AI/ML-based applications for embedded hardware platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, STM32).
Support porting and optimizing AI models for real-time performance on edge devices.
Work on model quantization, pruning, and conversion (ONNX, TensorRT, TFLite, etc.) under guidance.
Participate in data preparation, model training, testing, and performance evaluation.
Help adapt and tune AI architectures for edge use cases like object detection or classification.
Debug model issues and help ensure deployment meets latency and throughput goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
1–2 years of experience or strong academic project experience in AI/ML.
Proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Basic understanding of deep learning models (CNN, FCN) and computer vision tasks.
Exposure to model optimization tools (ONNX, TFLite, TensorRT) is a plus.
Familiarity with OpenCV and hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong learning mindset and willingness to work on hardware-oriented AI challenges.
