Brief DescriptionPosition Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Linux DevOps Trainer to conduct a hands-on, instructor-led training program tailored for a corporate team of 10–15 IT engineers. The training aims to build platform-agnostic DevOps capabilities through practical, real-world scenarios—fostering critical thinking, independent troubleshooting, and confidence in managing production environments. This role calls for more than subject matter expertise.

Target Audience Profile

Participants: Working IT professionals with 3 to 10+ years of experience

Backgrounds: Diverse technical expertise and domains

Learning Objectives: Strengthen skills in Linux, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and DevOps best practices

Training Schedule: Weekday evenings post 6:00 PM (to accommodate work commitments)

Mastery of Linux command-line interface

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack

Trainer Profile Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Linux system administration and DevOps engineering

Proven track record in delivering corporate training or mentoring technical teams

Adept at engaging professionals from varied technical backgrounds and tailoring content depth accordingly

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey concepts through real-world scenarios and practical troubleshooting

Capable of instilling a production-first mindset and promoting operational independence among participants
