Key Responsibilities 

Regional Management: 

Handle assigned region(s), ensuring consistent sales growth and maintaining detailed historical data. 

Sales & Marketing Coordination: 

Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with operational objectives and maintain comprehensive records. 

Team Leadership & Training: 

Manage, mentor, and train team members to improve their performance and help them become the best version of themselves. 

Vendor Relationship Management: 

Maintain regular engagement with vendors to strengthen relationships and build trust. 

Strategic Growth & Innovation: 

Work with team leads to drive vertical growth, develop innovative ideas to boost long-term sales, and enhance customer experience. 

Escalation Handling: 

Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring quick resolution while constantly improving knowledge and processes. 

Continuous Improvement: 

Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to process enhancement, problem-solving, and personal development. 

 Work Hours This is a startup environment with a growing vertical, and flexibility is key. The role requires the ability to work night shifts and occasionally weekends, if necessary, to meet operational needs. 

Preferred Skills Qualifications & Skills 

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations or a related field. 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Strong cold-calling abilities to engage new, churned, or hesitant customers. 

Highly organized with strong team collaboration skills. 

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and internal ticketing systems. 

A solution-oriented approach and initiative to think outside the box. 

Ability to work independently, handle real-time issues, and remain calm under pressure. 

Strong analytical mindset with a natural inclination to ask "why" and dig deeper.
