Design Strategist and UX Researcher

Brief DescriptionProject Planning & Execution:o Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, anddelivery of UI/UX projects.o Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria incollaboration with stakeholders.o Manage project scope and mitigate scope creep through proactivecommunication. 2. Team Management & Coordination:o Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, andtesters, ensuring seamless collaboration.o Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timelydelivery.o Provide clear instructions and feedback to team members to maintainalignment with project objectives. 3. Client Interaction:o Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision istranslated into actionable project plans.o Conduct regular status updates, gather feedback, and manage clientexpectations.o Present project deliverables, including prototypes and final designs, toclients. 4. Quality Assurance & Usability: o Ensure all project outputs align with UI/UX best practices and meetusability standards.o Facilitate user testing sessions and incorporate feedback into designiterations.o Maintain consistency across designs in line with brand guidelines anduser needs. 5. Risk & Budget Management:o Identify risks early and develop contingency plans to address them.o Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintainingquality. 6. Continuous Improvement:o Analyze project performance and implement process improvements forfuture initiatives.o Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design and projectmanagement. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, Computer Science, or relatedfields.• 1–2 years of experience managing UI/UX or digital design projects.• Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, orWaterfall).• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similarplatforms.  Preferred SkillsMandatory Requirements• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design processes isa must.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration andclient interaction. • Stakeholder Management
