Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive, you will:

Proactively source and engage potential clients through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and professional networking on social media platforms.

Deliver persuasive pitches and business proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our offerings to key decision-makers.

Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records to support pipeline management, timely follow-ups, and sales transparency.

Achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.

Foster long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.

Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, providing actionable insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Preferred Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

5–8 years of sales experience, with prior exposure to the e-commerce sector being a significant plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Resilient and positive in the face of rejection, with a strong ability to bounce back.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
