Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive, you will:
Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and networking via social platforms.
Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals that clearly convey our value proposition and business impact to key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to company revenue and growth.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships that drive customer loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
Generate and present sales reports, offering actionable insights to inform planning and support business decisions.
Preferred Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5–8 years of sales experience, with prior exposure to the e-commerce sector being a significant plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Resilient and positive in the face of rejection, with a strong ability to bounce back.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
