Brief DescriptionAnalyst – Operations

Configure the platform to ensure accurate acquisition and reporting of experience data. Review and refine sentiments generated by the platform's NLP engine. Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to generate management reports. Responsible for survey design updates and managing translations for accurate data collection. Fulfil client requests promptly, maintaining high-quality standards. Should be adaptable and open to working in different shifts.

Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions; experience with other data visualization tools is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail.

Minimum Qualification required:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
