Key Responsibilities

Regional Operations OversightManage daily operations across assigned regions, ensuring consistent sales performance and maintaining accurate operational records.

Sales & Marketing AlignmentCollaborate with marketing teams to synchronize campaigns with operational objectives, while keeping campaign and sales data current and actionable.

Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and upskill team members—fostering growth, performance, and professional development.

Vendor Relationship ManagementCultivate and manage long-term vendor partnerships, focusing on trust, collaboration, and mutual success.

Strategic Growth & InnovationWork with cross-functional leads to uncover growth opportunities, implement innovative sales strategies, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Issue Escalation & ResolutionServe as the go-to escalation point for urgent or critical issues, ensuring quick resolutions and contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvements.

Process Improvement & OptimizationCommit to continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving, streamlined workflows, and a focus on operational excellence.

Work Hours This role supports a dynamic and fast-scaling vertical, requiring flexibility to work night shifts and occasional weekends to meet business needs and ensure smooth operations.Preferred SkillsQualifications & Skills

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or a related functional area.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.

Strong cold-calling skills to engage new, inactive, or hesitant customers effectively.

Highly organized and a natural team player, with proven collaboration capabilities.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and internal ticketing or CRM systems.

A solution-driven mindset, with the ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches.

Comfortable working independently, managing real-time challenges, and staying composed under pressure.

Strong analytical thinking, with an instinct to ask “why” and dig deep into operational problems.
