Key Responsibilities 🔹 Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement end-to-end SEM strategies that maximize visibility, engage high-intent audiences, and improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey. 🔹 Keyword & Audience InsightsConduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify high-value opportunities aligned with user search behavior and campaign objectives. 🔹 Campaign Management & OptimizationOversee and fine-tune paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive performance, scalability, and strong ROI. 🔹 Data-Driven Performance AnalysisLeverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure effectiveness, uncover actionable insights, and implement data-backed improvements. 🔹 Reporting & RecommendationsPrepare clear, insightful performance reports with key metrics, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations for continual growth. 🔹 Collaborative ExecutionWork closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure ad copy, creatives, and landing pages are fully optimized for conversions. 🔹 Trend & Innovation MonitoringStay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging SEM tools or features to maintain a competitive edge.Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online booking environment.
Demonstrated track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Prior experience working in the US market, with proven success managing monthly SEM budgets of $100,000 or more.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
Google Ads Certification is preferred.
