This role requires hands-on expertise with Mailchimp, a strategic approach to customer engagement, and a proven track record in driving product growth and user retention through impactful, optimized email campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Email Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute robust email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and conversions.
Campaign Management – Design, manage, and optimize workflows, automation, and campaigns using Mailchimp and other relevant platforms.
Audience Segmentation – Strategically segment customer lists to deliver targeted, personalized, and data-backed email content.
Performance Optimization – Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and CTAs to maximize campaign results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, design, and content teams to create engaging and high-impact email communications.
Data & Analytics – Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI.
Compliance – Ensure all email activities meet legal and regulatory requirements (CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Industry Awareness – Stay updated on emerging email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Preferred SkillsKey Requirements
4–6 years of hands-on experience in B2C email marketing, ideally within digital product or SaaS environments.
Proven expertise in Mailchimp, including automation setup, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus, though not mandatory.
Strong data-driven approach, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting dashboards.
Ability to craft engaging, action-oriented email copy that drives conversions.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
Proficient in A/B testing and iterative experimentation to improve results.
