In this role, you will architect scalable solutions, deliver high-performing apps, mentor developers, and ensure top-notch user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership in iOS Development – Oversee end-to-end app development with Swift, delivering scalable, efficient, and high-quality mobile applications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business needs into intuitive, engaging user experiences.

Performance Optimization – Ensure optimal performance, stability, and responsiveness across multiple iOS devices and OS versions.

Mentorship & Code Quality – Guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices and quality standards.

Testing & Documentation – Uphold code integrity through unit testing, comprehensive documentation, and adherence to clean code principles.

Backend Integration – Collaborate with backend and API teams to deliver robust, seamless integrations for enhanced app functionality.

Innovation & Process Improvement – Drive continuous improvement initiatives, refine workflows, and contribute to evolving engineering standards.

Feature Ownership – Take full responsibility for features from concept to deployment, including monitoring and post-release optimization.

Continuous Learning – Stay updated on the latest iOS tools, frameworks, and trends to ensure modern, future-ready solutions.

Preferred SkillsQualifications

10+ years of experience in mobile app development, including 6+ years focused on iOS development.

Deep expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and integration of third-party libraries.

Skilled in architecting complex mobile apps using modular design patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or MVP.

Proficient in CI/CD workflows, automated testing, code review processes, and App Store deployments.

Demonstrated leadership in team management and mentoring iOS developers.

Experienced with tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, or equivalent analytics and crash reporting platforms.

Solid understanding of web application ecosystems and cross-platform compatibility challenges.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Core Bluetooth, Core Location, or real-time service integrations (e.g., EV or roadside assistance).

Background in mobility, transportation, or automotive tech platforms.

Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform development frameworks.
