With over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks and ensuring product excellence through rigorous testing practices. In this role, you will transform complex business requirements into reliable test strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality at every stage of the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Strategy – Develop comprehensive test strategies from complex business requirements, translating them into detailed, actionable test plans.

Automation Frameworks – Build, maintain, and enhance scalable automation frameworks using Core Java and related technologies.

Collaboration – Partner with developers, product managers, and QA peers to ensure quality is integrated across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Functional Testing – Perform thorough end-to-end testing to validate product accuracy and feature performance.

Automation Execution – Create and execute automation scripts for web and API testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver and Rest Assured.

CI/CD Integration – Incorporate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to enable continuous testing and smooth deployments.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Track and resolve automation execution issues, ensuring timely and reliable feedback.

Documentation & Standards – Maintain high standards in test case design, automation scripting, and documentation for long-term scalability.

Defect Management – Analyze results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for prompt resolution.

Preferred Skills

5+ years of experience in test automation using Java.

Strong knowledge of Core Java, including object-oriented principles, exception handling, multi-threading, and file handling.

Proficiency in Java Collections (Lists, Sets, Maps, Queues) and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, including dynamic element handling, custom wait strategies, and cross-browser compatibility.

Proficient in REST API testing using Rest Assured, covering request modeling, authentication, and API validation.

Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for test suite integration and automation pipeline maintenance.

Familiarity with load and performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6, or Locust, with the ability to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
