As Senior Director – HR Operations, you will drive operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle, leveraging data, automation, and cutting-edge HR technology to deliver a seamless and high-impact employee experience in a fast-growing, tech-first environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
Lead all core HR functions—from talent acquisition and onboarding to payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, and offboarding.
Design and implement scalable, technology-driven processes that enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance.
Champion automation and AI-powered solutions to optimize recruitment, engagement, and HR analytics workflows.
Data-Driven Strategy
Build a robust HR analytics framework, delivering real-time dashboards and insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Monitor and report on critical metrics, including hiring velocity, payroll accuracy, retention, engagement, and productivity.
Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics for workforce planning, attrition management, and performance optimization.
Performance & Talent Management
Partner with business and HR leaders to strengthen performance management systems, including OKRs, feedback loops, appraisals, and talent reviews.
Ensure consistency, fairness, and timeliness in all performance-related processes.
Compliance, Risk & Governance
Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across all HR operations.
Lead audits, conduct risk assessments, and review policies to mitigate legal and operational risks.
Leadership & Collaboration
Build and lead a high-performing HR operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to deliver unified cross-functional services.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing actionable, data-backed recommendations to enhance HR’s impact and organizational success.
Preferred SkillsQualifications & Experience:
15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations Prior experience in product or technology companies with fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong hands-on expertise in HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) and AI-enabled tools for recruitment, employee service, or performance management Proven experience in delivering data-driven results across HR functions Demonstrated ability to scale HR operations, build shared services models, and drive automation and process excellence Strong understanding of compliance and labor laws across regions (India/US/global preferred) Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working in global or distributed teams Certification in HR Analytics, AI in HR, Six Sigma, or SHRM/SPHR preferred Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Workday, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRMS tools
