Key Responsibilities:

Scalable Data Architecture – Architect and implement robust data models, infrastructure, and pipelines that deliver performance, scalability, and adaptability to evolving business needs.

Leadership & Mentorship – Lead, coach, and inspire a team of data engineers and analysts to deliver exceptional results.

Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and design teams to ensure data solutions align with organizational goals.

Technology Strategy – Assess, select, and manage cutting-edge data platforms and tools to meet current demands and enable long-term innovation.

Full Data Lifecycle Ownership – Manage the data journey from ingestion to transformation, storage, and retirement with efficiency, reliability, and security.

Governance & Compliance – Establish policies that maintain data quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold integrity.

Strategic Insights – Deliver architectural guidance and actionable intelligence to support executive strategy and decision-making.

Data-Driven Culture – Champion best practices, promote consistency, and raise data literacy across the organization.

Transparent Communication – Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates, proactive risk management, and swift issue resolution.

Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

8+ years of professional experience in database development, data modeling, and architectural design.

Demonstrated success in managing teams or leading complex technical projects.

Relevant certifications such as CDMP, TOGAF, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Strong foundation in RDBMS principles, with hands-on experience in both relational and NoSQL database technologies.

Experience in the Networking or Security domain is a plus.

Practical expertise in API consumption and multi-tenant database design.

Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, Talend, ETL tools, Hadoop, and more.

In-depth knowledge of database security, compliance practices, and regulatory frameworks.
