Key Responsibilities
Email Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement high-impact email marketing strategies that boost engagement, retention, and sales conversions.
Campaign Management – Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, automations, and workflows using Mailchimp and other relevant platforms.
Audience Segmentation – Leverage customer insights to build segmented lists, delivering personalized, targeted content that resonates.
Performance Optimization – Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and CTAs to continually refine and enhance results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, design, and content teams to craft visually appealing and impactful email communications.
Data & Analytics – Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.
Compliance – Ensure all campaigns adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements (CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Industry Awareness – Stay ahead of email marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
Preferred SkillsKey Requirements
4–6 years of hands-on experience in B2C email marketing, ideally within digital product or SaaS environments.
Proven expertise in Mailchimp, including automation setup, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus, though not mandatory.
Strong data-driven approach, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting dashboards.
Ability to craft engaging, action-oriented email copy that drives conversions.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
Proficient in A/B testing and iterative experimentation to improve results.
