Oversee daily operations across assigned regions, ensuring consistent sales performance and accurate operational reporting.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with operational objectives, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Vendor Relationship Management

Preferred SkillsQualifications & Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or a related functional area.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
Strong cold-calling skills to engage new, inactive, or hesitant customers effectively.
Highly organized and a natural team player, with proven collaboration capabilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and internal ticketing or CRM systems.
A solution-driven mindset, with the ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches.
Comfortable working independently, managing real-time challenges, and staying composed under pressure.
Strong analytical thinking, with an instinct to ask “why” and dig deep into operational problems.
