In this role, you’ll be responsible for attracting high-quality traffic, boosting online visibility, and driving revenue growth through impactful search engine marketing initiatives. You’ll manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, conversion-focused digital experiences aligned with our brand vision and business goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Design and execute end-to-end SEM strategies to maximize visibility, engage high-intent audiences, and improve conversions across the customer journey.
Keyword & Audience Insights
Perform deep keyword and audience research to identify high-value opportunities aligned with search behavior and campaign objectives.
Campaign Management & Optimization
Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms for performance, scalability, and ROI.
Data-Driven Analysis
Use tools like Google Analytics to track effectiveness, identify insights, and implement data-backed enhancements.
Reporting & Recommendations
Deliver clear, actionable performance reports with key metrics, trend analysis, and strategic growth recommendations.
Collaborative Execution
Partner with content, design, and development teams to ensure ad copy, creatives, and landing pages are fully conversion-optimized.
Trend & Innovation Monitoring
Keep up with industry developments, platform changes, and emerging SEM tools to maintain a competitive advantage.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online booking environment.
Demonstrated track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Prior experience working in the US market, with proven success managing monthly SEM budgets of $100,000 or more.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
Google Ads Certification is preferred.
