In this position, you’ll design robust test strategies, develop and maintain automation frameworks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every stage of the development process. Key Responsibilities:

Test Design & Strategy – Develop detailed, actionable test strategies from complex business requirements, ensuring thorough coverage.

Automation Framework Development – Build, maintain, and enhance scalable frameworks using Core Java and relevant technologies.

Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA peers to ensure quality is integrated throughout the SDLC.

Functional Testing – Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing to validate accuracy, performance, and user experience.

Automation Execution – Write and execute automated test scripts for web and API testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver and Rest Assured.

CI/CD Integration – Implement automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to support continuous testing and rapid deployments.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Identify, track, and resolve automation issues promptly to maintain test reliability.

Documentation & Standards – Maintain high-quality documentation, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Defect Management – Analyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.

Preferred Skills

5+ years of experience in test automation using Java.

Strong knowledge of Core Java, including object-oriented principles, exception handling, multi-threading, and file handling.

Proficiency in Java Collections (Lists, Sets, Maps, Queues) and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, including dynamic element handling, custom wait strategies, and cross-browser compatibility.

Proficient in REST API testing using Rest Assured, covering request modeling, authentication, and API validation.

Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for test suite integration and automation pipeline maintenance.

Familiarity with load and performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6, or Locust, with the ability to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
