This role calls for deep expertise in Mailchimp, a strategic mindset for customer engagement, and a proven ability to drive product growth, retention, and conversions through data-driven, compelling campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Email Strategy & Execution – Design and implement high-impact email marketing strategies that increase engagement, boost retention, and drive sales conversions.

Campaign Management – Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, automations, and workflows using Mailchimp and other relevant platforms.

Audience Segmentation – Utilize customer data and insights to build segmented lists and deliver personalized, relevant content.

Performance Optimization – Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to continuously improve campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, design, and content teams to create visually compelling and impactful email communications.

Data & Analytics – Track key metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.

Compliance – Ensure all campaigns comply with legal and regulatory standards, including CCPA and CAN-SPAM.

Industry Awareness – Keep pace with email marketing trends, new tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred SkillsKey Requirements

4–6 years of hands-on experience in B2C email marketing, ideally within digital product or SaaS environments.

Proven expertise in Mailchimp, including automation setup, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.

Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus, though not mandatory.

Strong data-driven approach, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting dashboards.

Ability to craft engaging, action-oriented email copy that drives conversions.

Excellent analytical skills with a focus on tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.

Proficient in A/B testing and iterative experimentation to improve results.
