In this position, you’ll craft robust testing strategies, develop and maintain advanced automation frameworks, and collaborate across teams to embed quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Design – Create comprehensive, actionable test plans derived from complex business requirements to ensure complete coverage.

Automation Framework Development – Design, maintain, and enhance scalable automation frameworks using Core Java and modern tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure quality is a shared responsibility throughout the SDLC.

Functional & End-to-End Testing – Validate accuracy, performance, and user experience through rigorous testing processes.

Automation Execution – Write and run automated test scripts for web and API testing using Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, and related tools.

CI/CD Integration – Embed automated test suites into pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to support continuous testing and faster deployments.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve automation issues to maintain stability and reliability.

Documentation & Standards – Maintain clear documentation, reusable test cases, and structured automation scripts for scalability.

Defect Management – Log and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Preferred Skills

5+ years of experience in test automation using Java.

Strong knowledge of Core Java, including object-oriented principles, exception handling, multi-threading, and file handling.

Proficiency in Java Collections (Lists, Sets, Maps, Queues) and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, including dynamic element handling, custom wait strategies, and cross-browser compatibility.

Proficient in REST API testing using Rest Assured, covering request modeling, authentication, and API validation.

Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for test suite integration and automation pipeline maintenance.

Familiarity with load and performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6, or Locust, with the ability to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
